SEKKISEI Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards customers for purchasing SEKKISEI products and engaging with the brand. It is a tier-based program determined by the number of points a member has earned within a single year on eligible purchases and through qualifying activities, beginning on the date when you enroll.

Joining is easy! Simply create an account by signing up here and enter your name, email, and password.

Once you're signed up, you will receive 25 points after your next purchase.

Any customer with an active sekkisei-usa.com account is automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

You can access all your info by visiting our rewards page https://sekkisei-usa.com/pages/rewards where you can track your current points, tier level and available benefits. All points are pending until your order ships, at which time they are added to your account and may be redeemed for rewards. It may take up to 24-48 hours from the time your order ships for points to appear in your account.

When you join, you’ll automatically be placed in Herbal and be eligible for all the benefits Herbal members receive. If you spend at least $300, you’ll be automatically moved up to Botanical. If you spend at least $500, you’ll be automatically moved up to Radiant. If you spend $700 or more in your first year, you’ll qualify for Prestige.

You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points.

Add your birthday under ways to earn points on the Rewards Page. On your birthday we will add points based on your VIP tier. You’ll receive your reward within 30 days after your birthday

Redeeming is easy:
Sign into your rewards, then click on the blue rewards icon on the lower left side of our site. This will open the rewards panel, from there visit your All Rewards tab to view and apply available rewards. If logged in and shopping online, click to redeem your reward and it will be automatically added to your cart at checkout. You will also receive a code for the reward to use during checkout if you are planning on purchasing at a later date.

No, you can only use one code per order as we do not allow code stacking.

Customer points will start to expire 1 year (365 days) from 4/19/2024. After this date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days) or more.
